In December of 2020, I was tasked with moderating the Instagram account that targeted the Atlanta area market for Urban Outfitters (@uoatlanta). I was faced with the task of both creating and moderating content/copy for a trend-forward lifestyle retailer during the pandemic. I learned how to generate content efficiently, and translate the native visual language of a customer’s feed into a corporately branded account. My work has made it to the primary Urban Outfitters instagram account (9M followers) several times.
